(The project involves construction of a 40 Buildings G+5 comprising a ground floor and 5 additional floors offering 48 housing units each building, in 2320 sq.m area in addition to the estimation of 15km of infra works, irrigation, 11 Sub-stations and 4 Mosques).
Project 2: construction of central park & villas community facilities
(Shops Buildings, Cricket Filed, Parks & irrigation works)
Client: ADNOC
Responsibility:
 Reviews shop drawings, Material Submittals, and Methods statements to make sure they are as per contract drawings, specifications, local regulation and Standards.
 Monitors performance of contractors, reporting the progress and assisting CM in decision making.
 Performs various administrative duties as assigned.
 Dealing with contractor to assure project is executed as per client’s requirements
 Verifying materials & long lead items delivered to site through MVRs.
 Supervising the site inspection engineer’s and making sure that all works (MEP) executed are according to approved shop drawings, method statements and inspection/test plans.
 Reporting to construction manager on works implementation at site
 Apply and implement all quality controls and quality procedures of the site.
 Review of as Build drawing
 Coordinating with QA/QC, civil and all other departments to assure execution of the work as per plans

 Preparing Technical Proposal of all variation work.
 Attending meeting with Consultant / Client and solving all site issue.
 Preparing permit to work, entry permit, and follow all client procedure.
 Preparing Monthly Progress Report and submit the same to consultant.
 Preparing RCDR / Measurement Sheet as per ADSSC Standard for invoice.
 Certifying incoming invoices from supplier / subcontractor.
 Ensure the progress is going according to planning program.
 Monitoring all mechanical BOQ activity,
 Ordering for all materials as per the approved submittal, insured the delivery date according to mechanical planning job, and closed inspection of all delivered materials.

Responsibility:
 Managing the site team of 2 site engineers and average of 40 labors.
 Break down the Fire Protection planning from MEP recovery program; deploy the team according that, and follow-up the progress in daily basis.
 Follow-up material and drawing submittal, preparing compliance statement according to the project specification, until it’s approved, and monitoring the same in log sheet.
 Preparing Quantity take-off from FF shop drawings, and requesting for the same with the delivery schedule, and ensure the delivery of materials are in time.
 Attending the site meeting with MEP/Main contract/Consultant, and clear all technical & site issues.
 Preparing Submission of monthly invoice and follow-up the payment certificate.
 Check and approve invoices of Sub-Contractors & Suppliers
 In charge of following up the FP related changes, additional works as well as claims in accordance with the established procedure of the contract.
 Installing Sprinkler system, Stand Pipe system, FM 200, Pump Station and Pre-Action system According to NFPA Standard and DCD requirement.
 Follow-up shop drawings approval from DCD with UNISAFE coordinator.
