responsible for selling and marketing for our parts range
* responsible for all customer around Saudi Arabia to sell spare parts and service for heavy equipment brands Caterpiller- kumatsu-Cummins- Perkins- Vogele
* follow up customer from getting RFQ to deliver items and issued invoice
* responsible for making yearly stock to get the best price
* find new market and create new customer within territory
* solve all problem that my customer face
* use SIS, Kumatsu, Perkins and Cummins system to know what customer need
* making study for competitors price and availability to maintain our position in market .
•Responsible for direct and indirect spare parts and service sales for all liugong range machinery wheel loader, excavator, roller, truck crane, skid steer and forklift with GP 40%
•Reviews work in progress to ensure conformance to customer specifications.
•Responsible for service contract with customer, purchasing and warranty with supplier, and inventory.
•Deals with supplier for the spare parts yearly stock and emergency orders.
•Follow up on customer invoices, Payment, Collections & Check overdue reports.
•User ERP System (Odoo).
•Establishes and maintains customer relationships. (Retailer- Wholesale - Fleet)
•Markets and sells the value of Peugeot and Eurerepar Parts.
•Finds new markets, customers and create on SAP. (Retailer- Wholesale - Fleet)
•Develops good knowledge of competitive products and suppliers. (Genuine or OEM)
•Achieve GP Target to be 25%.for wholesale and 40% in fleet.
•Follow up on customer invoices, Payment, Collections & Check overdue reports.
•Add new line items to Peugeot mix & Eurerepar.
•User ERP System (SAP).
Reports To: Sales Manager / Maintenance Planner / Maintenance Supervisor
•Establishes and maintains customer relationships.
•Markets and sells the value of parts and service.
•Finds new markets, customers and application within territory.
•Develops good knowledge of competitive products and suppliers.
•Provides input on annual forecasts for territory potential.
•Resolves customer issues.
•Works with parts and service managers on goals and marketing ideas.
•Measures undercarriage of equipment.
•Provides the customer with information to manage their equipment at the lowest cost per hour.
•Keeps good customer records.
•Performs other duties as assigned
Reports To: Spare Parts Sales Manager
•Responsible for direct sales and marketing.
•Demonstrates full technical knowledge of past and present products so as to assist in customer with any replacement parts need.
•Implement all aspects of parts sales, revenue target and information for order entry and shipping transactions in computer system.
•Coordinate parts availability and shipment with corporate facility.
•Reviews work in progress to ensure conformance to customer specifications.
•Assist my manager in attaining sales quotas and tenders established.
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
•Guarantee that the time/performance relation is carried out.
•Supervise the team and provide guidance.
•Maintain an excellent performance level.
•Gained experience about diesel engines.
•Gained experience about Hydraulic system.
