• Contracts validation by communicating with multiple departments to make sure best reflection of Technical, Financial, Legal, Procurement requirements and Obligations to apply/Adjust the recommendations on the finalization stage.
• Responsible for Contract maintenance during the Execution phase of the project, and supports to validate Terms & Conditions in Acquisition Phase.
• Customer top management interface in regard of contractual related issues.

• Responsible for internal and external change requests.
• Responsible to maintain and improve gross margin by additional Claims and Change requests.
• Monitor projects progress to control scope deviations.
• Responsible for the alignment of supplier contracts with the customer contract, and support GS PM’s to 
deliver target GM% and up sell in “Execution Phase” aligned with the as sold in “Acquisition Phase”, utilizing Claim, Change, & Risk Mgmt
• Technical Contract tracking, update the concerned department if any risks or modification and related scope to apply it to the contract with new amendment.
• Coordinate with technical team for combining technical annexes documents and apply penalties for project delay as per Managed Services contracts and other Departments under CTO.
• Manage/ link technical contracts Purchased Requisition’s, PO’s with related departments and ensure smooth processing and accuracy.
• Manage and track new vouchers related to CTO contract and consumption process and implementation with concerned party.
• Track Expired contract and the renewal if needed by the project owner / Concerned department with new recommendation, terms and conditions if any.
• NOC, FLM Contract Management, Approaching the FLM team for any contract clarification, Validation of the BOQ Changes, Validation of invoices amount against the sites number, Approaching regional team for any new Change Request, Applying the needed penalty according to Contract SLA.
• Participating in RFP preparation with procurement team by providing the required scope, answering the suppliers questioners and support for any feedback needed by both Zain and supplier.
• Responsible for Penalties and Warning Letters, Approaching the requester Owner to understand the issue, Approaching the NOC team to get the RCA Report, Validate the Downtime against the Revenue loss, Check the Contract SLA and apply Penalty/Warning letter it if any, Follow up with finance till the penalty amount deducted from the invoice, Arrange the necessary meeting with owner and the Vendor/supplier to discuss the penalty and agree on the improvement should be made.
• Interface for the Rollout, Network Engineering, Geo-Marketing & Procurements, Support technology Department Team for urgent requests like Ready for deployment units (RDU, CoW, GRD, RDS & RDV) movement, CR’s, PO’s issuance, Approaching the Warehouse team to check all items has been entered and validate it with Regional CW Team, Send the CapEX & OpEx Value to Geo-Marketing team for better estimation for any new site request, Approching the second party and agree on the service level agreement and the scope of work duration and review.technical details.
• Preparing contract documentations for all project vendors including Ericsson, NSN, Huawei and ALU.
Assisting in the creation, review and execution of contracts, including purchasing agreements, distribution agreements and consulting agreements.
• Building relationship with all stakeholders to intervene, analyze, manage and resolve business conflicts between the client and the vendors / suppliers.

• Creating the concept of vendors and contractors including pre-qualifications requirements and coordinating with the procurement department in order to set the criteria required for both local contractors, suppliers and global telecom vendors including (Ericsson, NSN, Huawei, ALU and Cisco).
