Maintaining customer relationships, providing proposal, training and mentorship, setting sales
quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data and meeting sales target.
Mushiereb Down town Doha is The World’s First Sustainable Downtown Regeneration Project. It is one of the largest projects in Qatar. A QR20 billion development that will revive the old commercial heart of the city through a new architectural language that is based on community living, across a 31 hectare (76 acre) site.
Starting from Raft foundations all the way till finishing, while handling my job faithfully and successfully. Going through all kinds of structural activities, finishing activities, Exterior & Interior Insulation, several types of Cladding and infrastructure.
Area under my supervision are a fully furnished residential building and Cinema with Retail Building.
-Checking plans and drawings
-Quantity surveying
-quality control, health and safety matters on site
-preparing reports as required
-preparing subcontractors bills
-management of the site and planning the work
Started from scratch until completion of the project and I was the only site Engineer.
moreover, I successfully Handover a residential building in AlKarama to Wasl Properties.
also, I supervised a Mosque near Zulaikha Hospital in my overtime.
