Solution management:
• Low current portfolio Building up ( now 12 line different solutions all with different technologies and the best leading vendors :
Security: (CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion), structure cabling and networking
Safety : Fire alarm, Public address and voice evacuation, disabled alarm
Smart building technologies: BMS, Nurse calling, , Master clock, IPTV and digital signage
Audio Visual : auditorium, video conference and collaboration, interpretation systems and AV control
• Introducing new solutions and new technologies to the Company portfolio
• Building up variety of products in each solution line
Team development:
• Developing a marketing experience in low current for the different departments (sales, presales, and customer service)
• Provide the training for low current system engineers
• Supervise the team of low current system engineers
Clients and suppliers Communication management:
• Managing and developing the vendor relation
• Building up costumer relation by providing all technical supports and choosing the most suitable solutions for their needs, with flexibility to modify and advise
• Providing consultancy services to our costumer
• Providing presentations with low current solutions
As a technical manager:
• Direct manage various teams (maintenance, assembling, testing, installation, purchasing) and gathering work in a dynamic plan for work flow
• Provide Technical training for new employees
• Preparing all technical documents
Installation in field Support:
• Supervising all EMS, LCS and AMR system installation projects in KSA(Riyadh, Makkah, Qassiem, Arar) Providing all technical support, travelling between all sites in country due to work needs
• Manage site survey in preparing for installation
Maintenance:
• Manage and provide technical support for maintenance teams both maintenance on site and maintenance at lab. team
• Preparing all lab. needs from scratch
Assembling:
• Supervise assembling of lightening control unit systems in Lab.
• Manage the unit testing team and provide technical support
• Supervise QC team
• Sourcing for any required components, devices, equipments, …etc.
