- Ensure getting a valid reason for outage (RFO) when applicable and note it in detail.
- Troubleshooting the OSPF & BGP issues related to customers who advertise their subnets by these routing protocols.
- Investigating and solving issues related to VPN blocked ports complains by communicating with NTRA through my team leaders.
- Monitoring & scheduling the lines of our customers.
- Communicating with telecom Egypt if there are any issues in the MSAN cabinets in which the local loops of our customers are connected to MSAN.
- Following with the RF teams if there are tunnel fluctuations in the 3G.
- Change Customer's configuration if requested after receiving the approval from the Account manager.
