l) Develop and maintain information architectures (data, application, network) ensuring the
system is on-line daily.
m) Maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to ensure integrity of
operations processes.

Troubleshooting LAN/WAN network operations, hardware and application software.
Plan, design and manage (with a team) the move process from one site to another(vpn, remote), including decommissioning the old site servers and installing new ones in the new site.
