Preparation of the monthly management account packs, which include:
Statement of Financial Position, Statement of comprehensive income, statement of cash flow, other statements
According to IFRS, Supporting schedules, variance analysis, KPI’s, and others;
 Produce, review and reconcile the balance sheet for the company, ensuring that the correct accounting treatment has been applied.
 Ensure governance and audit processes are adhered to plan and execute regular reviews, and balances to meet requirements
 Ensure that all required financial reports and other financial information are accurately compiled and submitted within the specified time limits.
 Provide point of contact for escalations and queries within the department
 Ensure full compliance with both external and internal audit requirements
 Liaise with external auditors, lead, and assist with the day-to-day management of audit activities up to finalization of statutory accounts;
 Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis
 Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions
 Review and supervise the preparation of Cash flow forecasts;
 Maintenance of all accounting related documents and records on a timely basis in compliance with the Group's policy;
 Assist members of the team in the delegation and allocation of work and activities across the department
 Ensure performance management cycle is maintained within department including training plans, professional development and system training
 Contributing member of the Middle East and International Finance department and develop productive relationships across all functions of the business to meet the overall business plan
 Provide regular updates and information to line manager and team members
 Prepare annual budget and compare figures with Actual to identify variance and root cause
 Provide financial discipline and business decision support to evaluate long term and short term strategic business opportunities.
 Manage tax, and treasury departments
 Identify risk and opportunities, mitigate key of the company's risk profile.
