Regional Sales Manager North Africa
• Establishment of long-term business relationships with strategic accounts:
o Successfully nurtured and expanded key client relationships, resulting in

Manage sales of commercial products within the assigned region
- Contribute to the company's profitability, achieve the targets and ensure the
presence of the Brand in the market
- Review the distributor's sales, analyse the trend of sales and develop strategic
action plans
- Develop the new channels especially in terms of retail and fleet sales in order to
reduce the weight of the price based wholesale activity and get closer to the
consumer
Establishment of Motors & Drives Industrial Automation Division -IA Division- in North, West & Central Africa
• Manage customer and sales activities for the N, W & C Africa business of IA Division and being the central source for all market development support for N, W & C Africa.
• Contribute to market/industry assessment and analysis for the N, W & C Africa region, including competitor and customer assessment, pricing and demand analysis, regulatory, political and policy assessment.
>>>Business Development and Sales:
• Identify and cultivate key strategic relationships with developers, potential project owners and construction partners.
• Identify potential partners and customers that enable IA Division to meet its long term objectives for the region and structure relationships with such parties.
• Support and participate in external facing activities, including customer engagement, pipeline origination and transaction execution.
• Network at relevant industry and government sponsored events with frequent speaking opportunities.
• Develop business strategy appropriate to each country.
• Introduce and develop new products (UPS Newave & MPT).
• Support local sales teams in their development.
• Ensure regular visits to key accounts.
• Business development, definition and controlling of appropriate measures and KPIs.

• Market intelligence: Collecting business relevant information of region about market and
competition.
• Support regions in marketing, product launches, pricing, and human resources development
• Contribute to the promotion of Motion Control Business Unit activity in North Africa.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with different sales channels.

• Manage projects from order to payment through final acceptance.
