• Ensure timeous resolution of equipment downtime (diagnosis and repair Mining machines Off Highway Trucks 789C, 789D, Track Type Ttractors D10R, D10T, Large Wheel Loaders 992G, 993K, Large Excavators 390D, Mediun Excavators 325D, 330D, 336D, Medium Wheel Loaders 966H, 972H)
• Oversee on-site Technicians
• Implement best practices
• Lead a team sent in a field
• supervises and oversees tasks of field employees,
• provides training programs to the workers and ensure everyone works as effectively as possible in the field.
• maintaining all the field rules and policies
• evaluating performance of field employees
• responding to on-call tasks and responsibilities
• handling the needs and concerns of every field staff and giving support to the employees under their supervision
Monitoring and control interventions in the field:
• Receive and track customer complaints;
• Plan interventions for diagnosis;
• Making a diagnosis BREEFING after each segment and validate repair;
• Enter the segments on the OR;
• Validate the list of spare parts for the establishment of a repair estimate;
• Divide the technicians in the field and update the schedule;
• Trigger the B / O, order spare parts, and inter-agency transfer the case applicable;
• Making a BREEFING before each repair and develop the work program;
• Determine the list of tools required;
• Assist and supervise technicians in the intervention;
• Making a BREEFING after each repair and update the segments
• Validate the list of spare parts back to the store;
Management of diverse technical service:
• Establish the repair estimate (PDR, labor, outsourcing ...);
• Communicate to customers specifications;
• Edit the report specifications and monitoring;
• Communicate the SIMS provider;
• Supervisionning tecchnicians;
• Ensure the availability of tool boxes;
• Ensure the conduct of a periodic inventory of tool boxes and aim the plug inventory;
• Communicate with customers fax: change control, removal machine and / or component;
I made up a preventive maintenance plan for the phosphates production machines using FMECA tool
