• Enterprise Risk Management framework
o Establish and make effective AXA Algeria's risk governance
o Create and manage a sound and efficient risk management framework
o Build effective relationships with key internal and external (incl. auditors and regulators) stakeholders

• Financial risks
o Quantify and measure financial risks (e.g. counterparty, credit, interest rate, FX, liquidity, custody, ALM, equity, real estate)
o Set up and review financial risks limits
o Monitor mitigation actions in case of breaches
o Provide second opinion on ALM strategy and on certain investments (Investment Approval Process)
• Operational risks
o Qualitatively and quantitatively assess the main exposures to operational risks for all business lines
o Define maximum tolerance level for operational risk
o Follow-up on operational risk mitigation plans
o Coordinate and animate operational risk correspondents network
o Manage the 2nd line of defense on information security
o Coordinate with business continuity area
• Risk Appetite framework
o Advise senior management in the definition of the risk appetite of AXA Algeria\]
o Monitor risk exposures against risk limits
o Follow-up on breaches / mitigation plans
- Design, Develop, Maintain & Enhance automated databases, Enterprise Report, Dashboards & Reporting Intranet.
- Identifies, defines and addresses key strategic issues to ensure accomplishment of business goals.

The Reportings (Daily, Monthly…etc.);
The Spontaneous Applications of Statistics;
