At DEK IN SAN Grup I began as a Project Manager for Cité de la Mer, a large-scale project comprising several components:
12 high-standard apartment towers and a mega mall featuring leisure centers such as saunas and wellness facilities, located
in the city of Oran. My contributions covered a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Team Management: Supervising and leading a team of architectural draftsmen.
• Project Coordination: Monitoring project progress in collaboration with various stakeholders and partners.
• Working alongside engineers from different disciplines to incorporate changes and resolve technical issues.
• Site Coordination: Overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure quality standards are met and providing
technical clarification when needed.

As a draftsman manager, I held the responsibility of overseeing a team of drafters working on multiple projects within the
company, including AlUla Old Town, Life and Memory Gardens, AlUla Oasis Activation, Tayma and Khaybar Oasis Activation.
My duties encompassed several tasks within all project phases, including, but not limited to:
• Team Management: Supervising and leading a team of architectural draftsmen, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Project Coordination: Coordinating the drafting activities for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines
and quality standards are met.
• Workflow Managing: Planning and allocating drafting resources effectively to ensure efficient workflow and progress.
• Quality Control: Reviewing architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy with project requirements.
• Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for draftsmen as needed.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with architects, engineers, and others, to integrate changes and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Facilitating communication between draftsmen and other project team members to ensure clarity of
objectives and alignment of efforts.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.

Casbah of Algiers restoration project: This project involves the restoration of traditional houses in the historic old town of Algiers, known as the Medina of Algiers. This site holds a significant cultural value and is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The project operates within the framework of the nationally subscribed Safeguarded Plan of Medina of Algiers:
• Coordinating and monitoring the progress of the project in collaboration with various stakeholders and collaborators.
• Promoting effective collaboration and communication among team members involved in the restoration efforts.
•
Managing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Military unit project: This project focuses on the implementation of an adaptive military unit, consisting of multiple modules, in a new location. The goal is to make necessary adjustments to ensure a seamless integration of the unit into the new region:
• Coordinating and monitoring the project progress with various collaborators involved.
• Ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
• Managing project timelines and deliverables.

Hussein-Dey rehabilitation project: Registered as part of the mega project The White Algiers, this initiative focuses on the revitalization of several 19th and 20th-century buildings located in Hussein-Dey, Algiers:
• Conduct an elaborate survey to assess the condition of each building involved in the project study, incorporating 3D scanning, and assembling techniques.
• Conduct historical research and develop plans for heritage preservation.
• Prepare a comprehensive report detailing the diagnostic results, degradation state, and proposed solutions.
• Finally, provide an estimate report outlining the construction and project costs.
Casbah of Algiers restoration project: This project aims to restore traditional houses in the old town Medina of Algiers, which is a UNESCO classified heritage site. The project encompasses the following key tasks:
• Participation in all project steps, including 3D scanning and assembling, generating 2D plans, conducting diagnostics, and assessing the condition of the houses.
• Conducting historical research to understand the evolution of the houses over time.
• Generating a final mission plan based on the diagnostic results, including proposed solutions for restoration.
• Creating a load specification document for each house involved in the restoration project, along with an estimative report outlining the projects costs.
Mers El-Kébir Fortress: Located in Oran, West of Algeria, the fortress is undergoing a massive restoration project led by the Algerian Ministry of Culture, aimed at preserving and promoting Algerias heritage sites. Constructed during the 15th century. I was involved in the following tasks:
• Generating and drafting 2D CAD drawings of various graphic blocks within the fortress.
• Conducting in-depth research on the different transformations and additions that have occurred throughout its history.
• Performing diagnostics and investigations within the fortress to identify any parts that may require grounding based on historical records.
• Providing suggestions for actions and interventions in the restoration process to ensure its longevity in the years to come.

• Preparing submissions and administering contracts.
• Assisting in site activities and gaining exposure to the heritage site environments in the La Poudrière dAlger project.
• Preparing and organizing various project to ensure effective coordination.
