RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinates all activities to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and correspondence in different projects.
2. Generate the various documents reports as required.
3. Make sure shot controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawing are given to appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable.
4. Maintain the documents and drawings in the documents control office under safe custody without any damage and easy traceability.
5. Ensuring all projects are coordinated as per projects control procedure (i.e., arranged numbered and distributes all documents according to types and discipline)
6. Preparing Submittals of Documents, Drawings, Subcontractor, Manufacturer and Materials as instructed by Project Manager, Technical Engineer.
7. Preparing Minutes of Meeting and Coordinates the schedule of the meeting.
8. Preparing documents templates as per IS0 9001 Standard
9. Coordinates with the site engineer for the delivery of materials and prepares the MIR and RFI and some other inspection requests.
10. Work as part of the management team and liaise with other departments, as necessary.
11. Coordinate the clarification, arbitration, technical authority role regarding document control issue.
12. Liaise with Subcontractor Client and Consultant.
13. Perform other duties and other special functions as assigned.
14. Ensure suitability as well as accuracy of Master Document Registers (MDRs) and Document Distribution Matrix (DDM) requirements are implemented.
15. Uploading on Document Control Software through SharePoint, Egesdocs, OpenText, Aconex.
