requirements are not met. • Documenting all inspections and tests on pro-forms as required by the
Project Quality Plan and Contract specification. • Monitoring the installation works prior to submission for inspection and

Job Description:
Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programme and ensuring incorporated materials on
construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work.
Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement checking the same as in
construction drawing.
Issue materials receiving reports for the delivered materials.
Waterproofing checking the underground level and in wet areas in the building.
Following up the concreting works in the presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test, and cubes
preparation for the compressive test.
Finishing work checking in the presence of the Engineer or Consultant, block, plaster, painting, tiling, kitchen
cabinets, wardrobes, ceiling, and light fittings.
Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management System
requirements.
Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspection of raw materials (coarse and fine aggregates, cement/silos, admixtures) plant conditions, and
immediately report to Technical Engineer and/or Laboratory Engineer in case of non-conformances.
2. Ensure that all laboratory measuring tools/ equipment’s and plant scales are calibrated in timely manner.
3. Ensure the daily/weekly/monthly laboratory activities have been carried out in accordance to Quality Control Test
Plan (QCTP).
4. Prepare QA/QC reports and statistical analysis as required by customers.
5. Supervise the lab technicians, checkpoint/site technicians, and unskilled labors performance to provide necessary
training and moral supports.
6. Arrange and supervise customers plant trial mix and collects third party test reports to be submitted to customer for
approval of proposed concrete mixes.
7. Ensure all lab reports are properly reviewed and submitted in a timely manner.
8. Coordinate with clients to provide necessary tools and technicians to the site.
9. Ensure active mix generated in Delivery Note is in compliance with approved mix design.
10. Control and distribute manpower within the branch.
11. Any work that may assign by QA/QC Engineer.
12. Perform other duties as assigned
Job Description:
• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of work crews engaged in preparing and applying concrete for fabricating,
covering, and reinforcing structures, including buildings, bridges, highways, and dams: Oversees workers who place
forms for molding concrete, install reinforcing steel, and convey, pour, finish, and cure concrete.
• 2) Reads specification sheets for information, such as sizes of aggregates and proportions of cement and water required,
to ensure that concrete is mixed according to specifications.
• 3) Inspects bracing and shoring of concrete forms to ensure their stability before and during pouring.
• 4) Indicates positions for pouring chutes and runways, cranes, or paving machines to facilitate conveying concrete from
mixer to forms.
• 5) Trains new workers.
• 6) Directs workers who spread, vibrate, screed, and float concrete to ensure that concrete is compacted to desired
consistency and surface is finished to specified uniformity and smoothness.
• 7) Examines concrete, after forms are stripped, and gives instruction to workers to repair defects, such as roughness and
honeycombed appearance.
• 8) Prescribes methods for curing concrete, such as covering surface of green concrete with burlap, plastic, earth, straw,
or chemical compound, to prevent green concrete from drying out rapidly or freezing.
• 9) Supervises workers engaged in spraying cement mortar or concrete to cover exposed earth, masonry, and steel
surfaces and forcing grout into drilled holes, spaces between foundations and surrounding earth, and fissures in rock
foundations, to reinforce structures.
• 10) Records data, such as time spent on various phases of job and yardage and distribution of concrete poured.11) May
collect samples of each concrete mix for laboratory analysis.
• 12) May be designated according to workers supervised as Cement-Finishing Supervisor; Concrete-Paving Supervisor;
Concrete-Pouring Supervisor; Curb Supervisor; Grout Supervisor.
• 13) When supervising workers engaged in preparing, setting, and removing tunnel forms for molding concrete in sewer
and tunnel construction, may be designated Form-Setter Supervisor; Tunnel-Form-Placing Supervisor.
• 14) When supervising workers who mold and install reinforced concrete wall slabs, may be designated Tilt-Wall
Supervisor.
