DESCRIPTION:
As a part of Re-development phase-III of Mumbai High South field (MHSRD P-3), it is proposed to install 3 no. of new well head platforms RS-18, RS-20 & RS-21 and Clamp-on structures at RS-2 & RS-11 Well Platforms; laying of subsea pipeline systems as well as modifications on existing platforms. Produced oil and gas from these 5 well platforms to be transported to nearby Process complexes of Mumbai High South field through pipelines for Well fluid, Gas Lift & Water Injection.

RESPONSIBILITY/ASSIGNMENT:
Report directly to IPMT Manager and work closely with Engineering, Production, Construction and QAQC team. Overall supervision on piping and pipe support fabrication, blasting and painting, erection, spool pieces control, pipe preservation and pipe internal cleaning. Support workshop to release 200 spools per day. Support erection site to segregate spools and pipe support. Monitor spools and pipe supports delivery to erection site. Coordinate with all discipline for clearing Client’s punch list items.

Project Engineer - Piping, work stationed at Lumut Fabrication Yard, MALAYSIA (Onshore).

Description: Three RWHPs were six slot unmanned facilities with remote monitoring and control by operations personnel on the Bergading CPP. The operator will visit the wellhead platform for start-up, pigging operations, top-up of production chemicals and in response to emergency situations. The wellhead platform were designed to operate as a fail-safe, stand-alone facility and provided with all necessary shutdown equipment/systems to safely shutdown the platform if an emergency is detected.

RESPONSIBILITY/ASSIGNMENT:
Report directly to Project Manager and work closely with Construction and QAQC team and Client as well. Coordinate with QAQC Coordinator and Inspector for both Contractor and Client to clear punch list items. Issue notification for joint line checking & hydro testing activities.

The pipeline includes an offshore section, a nearshore area and an onshore section.
