EPCIC of Mumbai High South Redevelopment Phase-3 Project.

CLIENT:
Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC).

POSITION:
Project Engineer - Piping, work stationed at Lumut Fabrication Yard, MALAYSIA (Onshore).

DESCRIPTION:
As a part of Re-development phase-III of Mumbai High South field (MHSRD P-3), it is proposed to install 3 no. of new well head platforms RS-18, RS-20 & RS-21 and Clamp-on structures at RS-2 & RS-11 Well Platforms; laying of subsea pipeline systems as well as modifications on existing platforms. Produced oil and gas from these 5 well platforms to be transported to nearby Process complexes of Mumbai High South field through pipelines for Well fluid, Gas Lift & Water Injection.

RESPONSIBILITY/ASSIGNMENT:
Report directly to IPMT Manager and work closely with Engineering, Production, Construction and QAQC team. Overall supervision on piping and pipe support fabrication, blasting and painting, erection, spool pieces control, pipe preservation and pipe internal cleaning. Support workshop to release 200 spools per day. Support erection site to segregate spools and pipe support. Monitor spools and pipe supports delivery to erection site. Coordinate with all discipline for clearing Client’s punch list items.

PROJECT:
EPCIC of Remote Wellhead Platforms (Bergading-C, Bergading-D, Kesumba-A) for Full Field Development Project, North Malaysia Basin.

CLIENT:
HESS Exploration And Production Malaysia.

POSITION:
Project Engineer - Piping, work stationed at Lumut Fabrication Yard, MALAYSIA (Onshore).

Description: Three RWHPs were six slot unmanned facilities with remote monitoring and control by operations personnel on the Bergading CPP. The operator will visit the wellhead platform for start-up, pigging operations, top-up of production chemicals and in response to emergency situations. The wellhead platform were designed to operate as a fail-safe, stand-alone facility and provided with all necessary shutdown equipment/systems to safely shutdown the platform if an emergency is detected.

RESPONSIBILITY/ASSIGNMENT:
Report directly to Project Manager and work closely with Construction and QAQC team and Client as well. Coordinate with QAQC Coordinator and Inspector for both Contractor and Client to clear punch list items. Issue notification for joint line checking & hydro testing activities.

PROJECT:
EPCIC of CPOC Wellhead Platforms & Associated Subsea Pipelines For JDA Block B-17 & B-17-01 Field Phase 3 Development Project.

CLIENT:
Carigali-PTTEPI Operating Company (CPOC).

POSITION:
Project Engineer, work stationed at Sapura@Mines, MALAYSIA (Main Office).

Description: Block B-17 & B-17-01 Phase-3 development of the Joint Development Area includes the fabrication of 4 wellhead platforms (WHP) wich are Tapi-A (TPA), Melati-A (MTA), Muda-F(MDF) & Amarit (AMA). TPA is 16 slots WHP with helideck. MTA is 12 slots WHP with helideck. MDF & AMA is 12 slots WHP.

RESPONSIBILITY/ASSIGNMENT:
Final documentation of EPCIC as-built for TPA, MTA, MDF & AMA platforms.

PROJECT:
EPCIC of Kalija Phase-1 Gas Transmission Pipeline Project (Kepodang - Tambak Lorok).

CLIENT:
PT Kalimantan Jawa Gas (KJG), PT PGAS Solution.

POSITION:
Field Engineer - Pipeline, work stationed at Sapura@Mines, MALAYSIA (Main Office).

Description: Project is situated at Eastern Java area close to Semarang region, Indonesia. Contractor to install a 14” dia. approximately 200km export pipeline to transfer dry gas from Central Processing Platform (CPP) to the Onshore Receiving Facility (ORF) at Tambak Lorok Power Station. The pipeline includes an offshore section, a nearshore area and an onshore section.

RESPONSIBILITY/ASSIGNMENT
:
1. Installation of 14” dia.×188.814 km pipeline; CPP to Mid-Point Tie-In (Vessel: DLB SK900).
2. Pipeline and spool free-span correction (Vessel: DPDSV Mermaid Nusantara).
3. Subsea Spool Tie-In (Vessel: DPDSV Mermaid Nusantara).
4. Pre-commissioning of 14” dia. pipeline (Vessel: DPDSV Swiber Sapphire).
5. Pipeline post-trenching 1.145km (Vessel: MWB Mitra Sindo 2).
6. Clearing client’s punch list items.

PROJECT:
Transportation and Installation of Offshore Facilities for Year 2014-2016 for Besar Field Development Project.

CLIENT:
Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB).

POSITION:
Field Engineer - Structure, work stationed at Sapura@Mines, MALAYSIA (Main Office).

Description: Project is situated at Besar Field, Offshore Terengganu, Malaysia. BsDP-A jacket (1658.30MT) is 4 legged jacket with 5 main piles for each leg, 1 boatlanding and 12 slots × 9 sections of conductors. Contractor to install jacket by performing lifting, upend and lower down to the seabed. BsDP-A platform (~2000MT) is a Drill Riser Platform with 12 slots with helideck, jackup rig & HWU.

RESPONSIBILITY/ASSIGNMENT:
Preparation of Loadout Coordination Manual & Installation Procedure for BsDP-A Jacket. & Topside and AnPG-A Module-1 & Gas Turbine Generator.

DESCRIPTION:
The aim of these projects is to reverse-engineered finite element structural analysis software to sufficient equivalency to existing commercial software. The software was developed by using MATLAB. The design guidelines are referred to BS 8110: 1997.
