JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
• Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Associate:
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Reviewing store stocks & ensuring product is ordered
• Handling day to day cash and POS (Point of Sale)
• Ensure wanted merchandise.
• Issuing petty cash, preparing invoices & depositing sales cash.
• Preparing overtime & weekly schedule of all the staff.
• Maintaining dynamic work relation between team members & key department.
• Planning, organizing work & target oriented.
• Maintaining all records & files.
• Handling a team of 12 members
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
• Responsibilities as a Procurement Officer:
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Handling & reporting to logistics for MNC Principal companies Roche Diagnostics, Philips, 3M, Drager, Stryker, Steris, Zimmer, Thermo Fischer to name a few.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Receive orders and document arrivals
• Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner
• Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
• Produce and submit daily PO's report to manager
• Coordinate with SAP Implementation team regarding to the department requirements, processes and reports.
