◇To float the inquiries to the suppliers through SAP e-Bid systems and take the quotations with terms and conditions from suppliers.
◇ To complete the e-bid systems through SAP & collection of Quotation receipts and Material Order processes and do the follow-up with the suppliers.
◇ Negotiate with the vendors and fix the terms and conditions of the payment and supply of Materials.
◇ To make the comparison statements and inform the Management about the same to deal with it.
◇ To generate Purchase Orders (PO) from ERP SAP System take approvals from the Management and acknowledge from the suppliers.
◇ Measure the Lead time of Supplier material ordered delivery and rate the vendors accordingly.
◇ Set the date and priorities scheduled for consignments of deliveries with suppliers and shippers.
◇ To do proper follow-up and ensure to delivery of all necessary consignments on time in the Warehouse to fulfill all project requirements.
◇ Clearing the Invoice of the suppliers from the Accounts Dept.
◇ To generate the Purchase Order lists/details month-wise from ERP SAP Systems for controlling the Purchase and to Increase the Turn-Over / Make Profits of the Organizations and report the same to the Management.
◇ Search in the local market and the Middle East for good suppliers who can perform better than the existing suppliers concerning Quality / Cost / Delivery.
◇ Developed the Vendors / Suppliers for units and projects execution and completion.
◇ Prepare the Subcontract Agreement with the Sub-Contractors with terms and conditions.
◇ Scrutinizes the PRs received from various departments & assigns them to different Procurement Officers for initiation of procurement actions.
◇ Reviews & scrutinizes all purchasing documents viz. bid evaluations, Purchase Orders, Material Contracts, Amendments, Invoices, etc. to ensure correctness & ensure department policies, processes, and procedures are followed.
◇ Identifies repetitive/recurring type jobs and converts them into an Annual Rate contract saving the repetitive cost of processing purchase orders.
◇ Monitors the entire procurement cycle of Procurement Officers for expeditious finalization.
Vendor Evaluation: Conduct assessments to identify and qualify vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Request for Proposal (RFP) Creation: Draft and distribute RFPs to potential vendors, outlining the specifications and requirements for products or services needed.
Cost Analysis: Perform detailed cost analyses to identify optimal procurement options aligned with budget constraints and quality standards.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous contract terms and conditions.
Compliance Monitoring: Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the purchased materials meet all necessary quality metrics.
Order Management: Oversee the entire ordering process, from initial requisition to final delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers for long-term partnership and potential cost savings.
Technical Liaison: Serve as the point of contact between engineering departments and suppliers to clarify technical specifications or resolve issues.
Contract Management: Administer supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals.
Completed a Project working under INTEC.co, project of Aluminum cladding & Glass installation (Exterior Decoration) for The Ministry of Health, Zahir-Dist. Mecca. Install the tempered glass around 6500 sq.mtr and install aluminum cladding around 3500 sq.mtr. Co-ordinate with client for the additional changes/modification in design and get approvals, arrange the manpower as per the project requirement, co-ordinate and updating the client regarding site work progress daily/weekly and to manage the manpower throughout the project, co-ordinate with planning department for the weekly progress / issues. Installation and replace glass substitutes such as aluminum cladding in building exterior and interior. Prepared all the documents for the installation and maintained all safety regulations.
On arrival of new materials need to cross verify the materials specification with project scope and review the MILL Certificates, manufacture country, colour codes, international grades and standards.
To issuing the materials to fabrication department as per the requirements, document controller in QA/QC department. Raise NCR on non conforming product material for corrective action. Inspection of piping spools at various materials like CS, LTCS, SS and Alloy Steel Mechanical line check inspection as per BOM & ISO. Co-ordinate and updating the client regarding work progress, co-ordinate with planning department for the weekly progress / issues, co-ordinate with client QC for pending RFI and get clearance for further installation
As a Site Engineer was handling the Machinery Installation & Erection of Stainless Steel Pipe Manufacture Unit. To install the machinery unit capacity of 8 to 22 tons like Coil Holder, Sheet Straighter, Rolling Mill, Welding Zone, Chilling Unit, Cutting Zone and Pumps. To arrange the manpower as per the requirement, inspect all the arrived machinery with the drawing details provided by client, prepare daily/weekly progress report, co-ordinate with client for the weekly progress, manage the manpower as per the project duration, and procure small tools/material for the project.
First Class. Won Best Achievement Award in the year 2009 in my college. Won SECOND prize for paper presentation in MECHTRIX-08 conducted in my college.
