-Preparing and developing Technical Specifications Brochures and Contracts (more than 12 Years) for all Saudi Airlines maintenance and operation projects inside and outside Kingdom, and follow all legal instructions to put them up for public competition.

-Evaluating and preparing (Technical and Financial Analysis) between the different submitted quotations and bids received from suppliers.

-Preparing projects schedules and following up on the progress of projects and contracts.

-Evaluation and qualification of contractors or services providers.

-Preparing Monthly (PO, PR) in SAP program for Contracts payments, Also Preparing required monthly Financial Forms (F270).

-Preparing all utility bills (Electricity/Water) for all Saudi Airlines Facilities inside Kingdom.

-Provide studies and plans to reduce contracts costs and expenditures on projects taking into consideration maintaining quality A specific level of a service provided.

-Assist Finance Department in developing the annual budget and initiating corrective actions.

-Submit periodic reports and accurate database including professional PowerPoint presentations.

-The responsibility of Time Keeper for Saudia Staff employees.

-Coordination with all relevant departments in "Saudia" regarding operation and maintenance contracts for Saudia rented sites and offices, such as airports, etc.

-Arrange and participate in meetings between suppliers and Company engineers and other personnel to facilitate standardization and economical procurement.

-Ensure the implementation of the company plans, policies and procedures and ensure that they serve is the basis for the management's operations.

-Performing other duties related to the job like (Preparation of Business trips, contracts renewal, solving problems, risk assessment, qualifying suppliers, contracts summary, Takeoff contracts, supplier’s recommendations, Formatting contract documents).
