Being Senior Admin Officer, I perform my duties right from start of the project and facilitated Logistics and Administration Operations, general maintenance, repair of office within the limit of Rs. 10, 000/- from suppliers, also doing fleet management and general administration tasks on daily basis.
• Facilitation of NOC’s for expat staff visit to Sindh - Pakistan, liaising with Govt. authorities/law enforcement agencies.
• Prepare Assets Issuance Forms to Staff if required any item.
• Assisting Procurement Officer in general as well as activities based procurement.
• Workshops/training seminars arrangements, training material printing, logistical support for field activities as well for Karachi (Four Towns)
• General Repair and Maintenance of office work.
• Fleet management for Karachi office staff
• Monthly drivers roster management
• Arrangements/Manage filing of office staff attendance sheets on monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly/weekly attendance sheets of all CMP Karachi office staff.
• Making envelops for Sukkur office and dispatch and receiving letters or envelops.
• COP residence maintenance works and utility bills pickups from residence.
• Administration related filings work.
• Follow-up on monthly utility bills and forward it to Finance department.
• Prepare Procurement Requisitions for all materials which we purchasing from market or for monthly utility or office related bills.
• Office vehicles repairs and maintenance works.
• Market visits and identification of potential vendors.
• Stationery and office supplies/stock for Karachi Office.
• Consumption for Kitchen supplies and stationery and maintain minimum stock level.
• Purchase requisition for facilitation and submission to procurement section for different department/sections after approval from Supervisor and Finance section whenever required.
- Contact businesses individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for corporate offices and virtual offices and
explain them products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
- Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Co-ordinates with my Seniors regarding new customers in our Office Space from other places.
- Liaison with all other Companies, Traders to co-ordinate and organize prices and international visits of Managers.
Request and ensure relevant paperwork and briefing available in good time.
- Organization of incoming and outgoing visitor programs, manage calls and emails and faxes and other office related works.
- Co-ordination of preparation for events, meetings, seminars.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries, mail, invitations, letters and requests, including Occasional out-of-hours calls by
mobile phone.
- Make payments allocations sheet on daily basis and send this to concerned person.
- Check Daily CDW report
- Contact customers regarding their outstanding payments.
- Deposit and charge the client debit or credit cards.
- Identify prospect business organizations in order to sell business products and solutions.
- Ensure that business organizations contact list is up to date.
- Conduct visits once in a blue moon to prospect business organizations
- Build strong relationship with key persons within the concerned business organizations.
- Gather and confirm business organizations requirements.
- Prepare proposals (Network Solutions/Business Solutions.
- Promote new business products for current business organizations.
- Respond to business organizations queries in a timely manner.
- Work with billing department to recover the monthly payments by phone calls.
- Train and coach Junior Account Manager, on selling.
- Coordinate the installation of business solutions with concerned divisions/departments (Network Solutions /
Business Solutions.
- Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the company Director.
- Work with corporate customers and take their complaints or issues and forward them to support department.
- Conduct emails for existing customers for promotional activities or up gradation of bandwidths.
- Manage on-going and current issues
- Train all consultants that how to call customers and pitch the customers during call.
- Prepare team targets, reports and sending them to E-Consultants Manager.
- Manage all operational aspects of team.
- Monitoring calls, training and developing individuals, dealing with disciplinary issues and maintaining all quality
control procedures, ensure maximum efficiency of the team though delivery of sales & service skills.
- Ensure all individuals in the team and the team itself consistently meet/exceed all targets and performance
measures.
- Give constructive feedback on progress towards goals and performance

- To quickly gain a thorough understanding of products and services, as well as a working knowledge of office
systems and procedures
