 I report to Assistant Director and SSP/Admin and am responsible for providing administrative and clerical services, as well as office management services. This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, maintaining office records. I also support the staff and field offices.
 I am working on Mid Managerial level and supervising Sections like Admin Branch, Corporal Section, Issue Branch & Record Room of Provincial Headquarters of CTD Punjab. I coordinate with senior officers and subordinate staff. The work requirement of the department is conveyed to the concerned staff and the work is got completed in fast and efficient manner.
 To prepare correspondence as required in English / Urdu such as letters, memos and emails.
 The sections under my command deal subjects like Diary, Dispatch, correspondence management, e.mails, fax, telephones, discipline, complaints, enquiries, commendations, training, recruitment, project proposals, procurement, tenders, deployment of staff, record keeping, record management and old record destruction, attendance, file compilation, arrangement of meetings and preparation of meeting files, Motor transport, arms and ammunition management, service record, management of personal files, welfare of personnel, presentations making and other miscellaneous matters relating to administration.
 To respond and submit replies of litigations. Prepare Parawise comments and reports in writs and tribunal cases. Rules framing and policy making is also initiated and sketched under my supervision.
 To work as Second in Command of Assistant Director and look after his working in case of his leave.
 To ensure that no matters is pending on any desk and all the matters are being dealt in proper directions and within their time limit. To also check that no matter left unattended.
 Manage the working of staff which is absent or on leave. Ensure proper work management and keep the burden of work balanced and it is tried the subordinate staff is not under pressure or stress.
 Managing all general administration activities. Respond to phone calls/public inquiries.
 Creating and maintaining an orderly filing system. Ensuring employee files are kept up to date and organized.
 Assist the team to prepare for meetings. Arrangement of meetings & taking minutes.
 Coordinates and liaises frequently with headquarters and field offices.

 Interacting with various functions to collect desired data. After collection, compilation and processing of data and database management.

 I also used to give proper directions so that the work get disposed objectively. I also ensured that flow of the project is in proper directions.
