- Conducted an analysis of the performance management system and implemented KPIs and a rewards system to increase productivity and performance. This paired with a new approach to employee engagement reduced turnover (37% to 17%) and increased overall performance for the company.

- Developed the HR Framework in the course of 6 months. The framework was subsequently used as a standard and benchmark for other Hospitals in other countries where the Group operates in.
- Headhunted and recruited the Core Team for the Hospital and had them come onboard within 3 months of joining.
- Documentation developed: 40+ HR Policies, 230+ Job Descriptions, Workforce Planning along with Recruitment Plan, Job Banding and Grading Structure, Career Structures, and all HR related forms/documentation.
