Role Description:
• Act as s single point of contact at IT for users, various divisions of IT and management.
• Provide Level 1 & L2 support in IT and play the primary role of Incident and change management.
• Administration of Windows servers, working with the Service Desk operation and ITIL Service Desk System.

• Monitoring Server Services and Hardware heath using monitoring tools like BigSister System and Network Monitoring Tool
