Project: Triple Bay AMAALA |RSG Ocean Golf Private Residences Phase 1 Project :-

Role: Led and Managed QA/QC operations for a high-end residential development of 154 luxury
villas, aligning aggressive construction schedules with stringent quality requirements. Developed, led, and optimized a 12- member multidisciplinary quality team (Civil, Structural, MEP, and DC), implementing the client-approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and company QMS across the project lifecycle. Actively involved in the timely preparation, submission, approval, and implementation of QA/QC documentation, including method statements, ITPs, checklists, WIRs, MIRs, monthly quality and training reports, and Project Quality Index (PQI) reports. Ensured project-wide awareness and compliance with QMS requirements through effective coordination, internal meetings, and quality training programs. Planned and/ coordinated internal and external quality audits, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, codes, and applicable standards. Managed internal and external NCRs and site observations through root-cause analysis and CAPA, ensuring timely closure in coordination with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, RSG, and other relevant stakeholders, while actively participating in client weekly quality meetings and addressing issues promptly. Played a key role in closing punch lists, resubmitting all documents to achieve full Code A approval and identifying and compiling handover documentation.

ANARC Group is a multi-state Indian developer with a strategic presence in the UAE. As Projects Manager, I enhanced quality and delivery performance across large- and medium-scale building and infrastructure projects, achieving on-time, within budget completion with no major safety incidents. I implemented the QMS, refined processes, enforced HSE, optimized resources and schedules, led site coordination meetings and reporting, managed changes, resolved technical issues with consultants, and closed projects through compliant punch lists.

Project: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Riyadh:

Led QA/QC activities for assigned parcels by implementing and maintaining the Project Quality
Management System, enforcing contractor compliance, and guiding inspectors. Reviewed material submittals, PQPs, method statements, ITPs, and subcontractor and supplier prequalification documents; conducted site and factory audits, inspections, and testing to verify workmanship and materials for contractual compliance. Led internal and external quality audits; managed NCRs and corrective and preventive actions; and provided quality status updates and issue resolution during meetings with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitored quality and progress through regular inspections and weekly joint walks, ensuring QHSE and LEED compliance, timely punch-list closure, and availability of handover documentation for smooth project closeout.

Project: YAS-E-MALL (Zone E-Retail Experience), YAS Island :-

Review and respond to contractors civil and structural drawings, submittals, RFIs, and correspondence via ACONEX within the due date, coordinating with MEP and architectural works; supervised site operations to ensure QHSE compliance; issued letters, NCRs, and SONs for quality and safety issues and followed up on their resolution.

Project: Construction of Bridge and Tunnels on Al Salam Street, Abu Dhabi:-

The project involved construction of bridges and tunnels on Al Salam Street, a project valued at $300 million.

As QA/QC Engineer for different projects, developed and implemented QMS documentation, coordinated
approvals, supervised site compliance, and managed audits and NCRs to ensure effective quality control and continuous
improvement.

Project: Qatif Maintain Potential Project under the client QGPC :-

The civil works of the project included roads and asphalt works, concrete pipe supports and anchors, power and communication cabling, fencing, lighting systems, and in-situ and precast concrete construction.

Project: Kuttiadi Hydro Electric Project, 1 X 50 MW Extension Scheme under the client KSEB:-

Supervised and controlled execution and quality activities on site to ensure the timely, cost-effective delivery of a high-quality powerhouse accommodating a 1×50 MW generator and associated penstock works.

Project: Epic Of Security Fence & Access Road At Ras Laffan Industrial City under the client QGPC :-

The project involved Design and construction of a 28 km perimeter road and security fencing along the Ras Laffan Industrial City boundary, including jetty works at both sea-end extensions and gatehouse access control systems.

Project: Dukhan Arab “D” Gas Recycling Project under the client QGPC :-

The project covered diverse construction works, including roads, substations, equipment foundations, oil tank foundations, RCC pipe supports and anchors, drainage and sewerage systems, electrical and communication cabling, and water networks.

Project: GTC139/95-Construction of Gate House, Roads, Fences at Ras-Laffan Industrial City under the client QGPC :-

Scope: Construction of Ras Laffan Industrial City's Main Gate House, Road works, associated infrastructure and security installations.

Supervised diverse projects, including multi-storey shopping complexes, villas, and residential buildings,
managing site activities, quantity surveying, quality control, and progress from initial setting-out through final handover.

Executed structural and architectural works for the DELMA Tower project in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, ensuring
high quality and safety standards, including quantity take-offs, site planning, material and workmanship inspections, and
supervision of cast-in-situ bored and under-reamed compaction piling.
