procurement, subcontractor coordination, spare parts procurement, and maintenance of CNC machines,
overhead and gantry cranes.

Estimation and planning engineer for oil and gas petrochemicals plants in Jubail

Worked on the Riyadh Metro Project, managing five elevated stations and four ITPS ramps with FAST,
SAMSUNG, and ALSTOM. Oversaw project execution, construction, erection, pre-commissioning,
hydrotesting, handover

Involved in the Sohar Refinery and Integrated Project/Extension Phase-2 (ORPIC) and PETROFAC OMAN.
Conducted hydrotesting, pneumatic testing and pre-commissioning activities for the whole plant

Worked on SADARA Polyethylene Train-4, JACOBS ZATE, SADARA, and L&T ATCO projects.
Responsible for overall project planning, monitoring, execution and handover of the project

Responsible for design, estimation, costing, and construction planning for four crude oil storage tanks (23m
diameter x 8m height) for Saudi Aramco.

Facilitate planning workshops and coordination meetings, driving alignment across engineering,
procurement, and construction teams.

• Act as the primary planning interface with MAADEN and the consultants, ensuring transparency and
smooth flow of activities. Navigate complex stakeholder requirements, balancing technical
constraints with operational safety and regulatory compliance.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
• Track project performance against baseline schedules, analyze variances, and implement recovery
strategies to meet the target date as per the approved milestone dates. Deliver high-impact reports
and dashboards to senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

Risk Management & Delay Analysis
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans, particularly around operations and construction
phases. Conduct forensic delay analysis and support EOT claims with detailed documentation and
impact assessments.

Resource & Cost Optimization
• Collaborate with cost control and procurement teams to align resource planning with budget
forecasts. Ensure efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project
milestones.
