Roles and Responsibilities:-
Review of Documentation for finished products, Intermediates and Raw materials AND OOS, OOT and LIR Investigations Review.
Timely updating of OOS, OOT incidents in LIMS and investigation to find the root cause.
Ensure the upkeep of Laboratory instruments, i.e., Calibration and Maintenance as per a planned schedule, ensures GLP and GMP compliance in every working area in the laboratory as per written down procedures.
Ensure Timely training of all QC personnel as per the training schedule, and ensure availability of all required chemicals, columns and any other miscellaneous items and their approval for procurement.
Review and Release intermediates and raw materials through LIMS and SAP.
Working with Lab ware LIMS 5.2.0, and SAP. Preparation of analytical reports and COA’s.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Performing Chemical Analysis of Wet and Instrumentation analysis for finished products, Intermediates analysis, and Sampling.
Working on Analytical Instruments FT IR, UV, MR, BD, Polarimetre, KF, Potentiometer Titrations, HPLC, Particle size Analysis.
Performing Calibrations for analytical Instruments, and Troubleshooting.
Working with Caliber LIMS 3.2.0, SAP. Working knowledge as per cGMP, GLP, regulations & standards of the US FDA, 21 CFR and good documentation practices.
Team collaboration with a Good communication, and having an ability to do maltytask responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Performed finished product, Stability Samples, Cleaning Samples, Intermediates Sample analysis, sampling.
Worked on Analytical Instruments HPLC, GC, FT IR, NIR, UV, Polari meter, B. D, KF, Titrations, Malvern, particle size.
Experience on OOS and OOT, Analytical Method Validation.
Review of QC documentation. SOP Preparation.working related to cGMP and GLP compliance.
Calibrations of analytical Instruments and Troubleshooting. working standards, indenting chemicals, COA issuing.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Performing Chemical and Instrumental analysis of Fuel smoke point, flash point, acidity viscosity, freezing point, pour point, Ash, Volatile matter, water content, . Oil and grease in water. Industrial stack analysis and Reporting Results, Stack Sampling from various Industries, Determination of Alkalinity, Chlorides, Hardness in Water Samples of Ground water effluent, Raw Water analysis, and Ambient Air Quality Sampling By using Respaireble Dust Sampler for the analysis of Sulfur, NOX; Calculating the R, RSPM, TSP;.
2. B. Sc (Math's, Physics, and Chemistry) passed with Second Grade in March 2003 Andhra University.
4. 10th Class SSC passed with First Grade in March 1996.
