Conduct Training needs Analysis for some departments in NCB.
• Help in identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
• designing and developing training based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
• considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important
• Analyze and monitor the budget throughout the rest of the year by reviewing reports and accounting records determining whether or not all allocated funds have been spent as originally allotted
• working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
• managing the delivery of training and development programs and, and helping in devising a training strategy for the organization

- Manage a six month program from designing the program and search for excellent vendor to run it until the employees will be on the job.
