2) l Plan the work on daily basis.Discuss issues with reporting manager immediately.
3) Preparing Comparison among Companies.
Working closing with Internal clients.
4)Materials are taken as per End user request.
5) Regularly contacting suppliers to negotiate expected date of delivery of Materials.
6) supplier programs current and accurate.
7) Having meetings with potential suppliers and asking them searching questions.
8) Preparing of Payment Voucher for Supplier's & Sub contractor's.
9) Learning & operating new systems and various processes.
10) Improving job quality & speedy work process.
11) Maintaining all procurement related data.

4) Updating the E2 - Procurement Log daily base.
5) Updating E2 Log of total quantity of Ordered 6)Materials as per Purchase Order and the total quantity delivered.
7) Regularly contacting suppliers to negotiate expected date of delivery of Materials.
8) Update the E2 Log with Expected Date of Delivery and the actual date of materials received. Keeping all 9) supplier programs current and accurate.
10) Having meetings with potential suppliers and asking them searching questions.
11) Preparing of Payment Voucher for Supplier's & Sub contractor's.
12) Learning & operating new systems and various processes.
13) Improving job quality & speedy work process.
14) Maintaining all procurement related data.
