Admin. and Multipurpose Hall Project (Dammam University)
1 - Project Bill of Quantity study and analysis comparing to tender drawing and project contract to
finalize commercial aspects for the project.
2- Liaise with suppliers regarding the material submitting, make sure the material complies the project
specifications and standards.
3- Negotiate with suppliers from inquiry stage till Purchase order and material delivery.
4- Attend meetings with clients, consultants and local authorities.
5- Issue file system for all project documents and drawings.
6- Work progress status updating and monitoring comparing to project time schedule.
7- Supervise Junior Engineers work in site by giving them daily tasks to be done in time.
8- Act as a mentor for the junior engineers, sharing them my experience to increase the spirit of my
team.
9- Revise the shop drawing before submitting to make sure all and submitted Items and quantities within
my contract, confirm it can be implemented before issue for construction.
2. Information Technology (IT) College (Dammam University)
1- Liaise with suppliers regarding the material submitting, make sure the material complies the project
specifications and standards.
2- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, client representative.
3- Issue file system for all project documents and drawings.
4- Leading workers, check implemented work in site.
5- Planning, site coordination for project execution and attending the site review meetings.
6- Ensuring safety measures at site as per the standards and site requirements.
7- Ensuring quality standards for the implemented work.
8- Coordinate with testing & commissioning engineers for Commission activities.
Student Housing Phase -4 (Dammam University)
1- Shop drawing design & review for power and low current systems including load calculations.
2- Quantity survey for Tender drawing, Executed materials in site.
3- Coordination for infrastructure, site mobilization, material and planning for new installations
4- Leading workers, check implemented work in site.
5- Planning, site coordination for project execution and attending the site review meetings.
Student Housing Phase 1, 2, 3 - Recreation Building (Dammam University)
1- Shop drawing design & review for power and low current systems including load calculations.
2- Quantity survey for Tender drawing, Executed materials in site.
3- Coordination for infrastructure, site mobilization, material and planning for new installations
4- Leading workers, check implemented work in site.
5- Planning, site coordination for project execution and attending the site review meetings.
6- Coordinate with Consultant and client for Project Handover including document preparation, Hint
that I already handover the last three projects myself including final documents and drawings.

* Including All Cable structure system and wiring (UTP, Co-axial and Fiber Optic)
* Have Big experience in Mechanical Equipment’s Such as AHU, Fans, … through BMS.
