HRMS - ERP
Maintain HR Database management for ERP Ascent & ERP MS Dynamics systems.
Ensure all data in HR system is up-to-date and accurate for tracking and reporting.
Maintain reliable and secure HR records.
Participate in the design, maintenance, and implementation or enhancement of HRMS in coordination with IT, EMS & ERP systems.
Assist in the integration between the HRMS and different ERP applications and support in the migration projects to ensure seamless alignment across the HR applications.
Develop user-friendly procedures or guidelines for the implementation of HRMS.
Monitor HRMS performance and recommend efficiency and effectiveness action plans.
Produce and deliver standard and customized HRIS reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests based on business requirements.
Participate in cross-functional work teams to investigate and address complex issues involving employee and organizational data, and process inefficiencies.
Ensure data accuracy by implementing and performing data validation and process audits and updates.
Identifies database requirements by ensuring data integrity, correctness & database cleansing.
Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of company’s personnel policies and procedures.

Manage and fully involved in overall HR /Personnel functions.

- Searching & screening professionals CV on MonsterGulf.
- Coordinate with overseas agencies for candidates Saudi visa process.
- Coordination with Government Relations Department for Immigration, Govt & Aramco tasks.
- Handle Employee Relations.
- Personnel data entry and maintain employees database in E-promis, ERP
- Arrange & maintain personnel files.
- Prepare salary certificates & other documents in Arabic & English.
- Collect time-sheets, check, get approval and prepare the payroll.
- Record Overtime details and general payroll from E-promi.
- Handle ticket & hotel booking.
- First & focal point of contact person in HR for employees’ different queries related to HR & Admin.
- Handle other HR & Admin activates as advised by manager.

Manage and fully involved in Recruitment & Selection process.
Dealing with local & overseas recruitment & manpower supplying agencies.
Coordination with Personnel Relations Department for Immigration & Laboaur Ministry tasks.
Handle Employee Relations.
Administration of all HR duties: personnel data entry & maintain employees database, arrange & maintain personnel files, prepare salary certificates & other documents in Arabic & English, prepare payroll & medical insurance etc.
First & focal point of contact person in HR for employees’ different queries related to HR & Admin.
Handle other HR, Admin & Public Relations activates as advised by manager.

Recruitment & Selection
Managing manpower requirements & analyzing Staff Requisition Forms (SRF) for company.
Searching CVs & posting jobs .
Maintaining IMS (Integrated Management System) formats related to HR / Recruitments.
Screening CVs, short listing potential candidates.
Preparing job offers & employment contracts.
Preparing job descriptions for current & new employees in association with Line Managers.
Updating Recruitment status (monthly and whenever required by management).
Liaison with Kuwait Corporate Office for recruitment purpose.
Handling different Local & International Recruitment Agencies across UAE, India & UK for obtaining competent candidates.
HR Development & Training
Conducting Performance Appraisals / General Assessments for employees of the company.
Organizing & maintaining the Work Performance & Technical Tests and submitting the reports to HR Manager & the sites.
Arranging orientation & induction programs for new employees.
Assisting new joiners with the providing vast information about the country’s law & regulations & the company’s policy & system.
Labour Ministry & Immigration
Maintaining IMS formats related to Immigration Section.
Prepare report of monthly visa status for newly recruited personnel.
Data entry & operating Epro computerized program & maintaining the Epro program for all Labor Ministry & Immigration Department's tasks.
Follow up with local PRO on Immigration & MOL Law's.
Maintaining company’s personnel files & updating regularly required data etc on daily basis.
Updating required details of personnel, Residency & Labor Cards in Epro program.
Compiling & generating various reports as per HR requirements.
Typing letters & documents in Arabic for Immigration, Traffic, Police & other government departments.
Reporting to: HR & Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
Operating & maintaining the computerized Zawazat program & data entry in English & Arabic.
Maintaining the personnel files for all the company’s employees.
Coordinating with PRO to complete all the immigration works & updating employees' records in the HR software program.
Follow up & arrange exit formalities for vacation & cancellation matters.
Coordination with different recruitment agencies & assisting in whole recruitment & selection process of middle level staff categories.
Preparing the gate passes for the Company's projects related to the Mesaieed Industrial City & Qatar Petroleum.
Typing letters & documents in English & Arabic & assisting in translation (Arabic to English & vice versa).
Compiling various HR/Personnel related reports & submitting to the manager.
Complying with ISO 9001:2000 requirements for HR related documentations.
Liaising with various departments & sites on day-to-day HR requirements
Generating monthly visa/passports reports and ensures that all the employees' Residency & Six month’s visas are renewed on time.
Maintaining & preparing monthly reports of personnel data for use in payroll processing.
Reporting to: Project Manager & Project Consultant
Responsibilities:
Operating computerized ERP Site Inventory System & data entry.
Typing letters & documents in Arabic & English & assisting in bilingual translation of English & Arabic.
Compiling & preparing reports as per Project Management’s requirements.
Assisting Project Manager in all administrative functions.
Coordinating with consultants & all sub-contractors to provide required documentations.
Follow up with Admin & HR Dept to adhere to the company policies & procedures and ensure effectively implementation at project sites.
Maintaining incoming & outgoing documents, preparing gate passes & official documents for government projects.
Maintaining project's files as per ISO system.
Report to the Office Manager and work profile included operating Arabic computers, typing Arabic letters, assisting in office & admin tasks and maintaining files & documents.
