•Planning and execution of the mechanical works according to the project schedule.
•Documentation works MIR, RFI, IR & work permits.
•Material and labour management based on the planned work schedule activities.
•Solve onsite problems by coordinating with consultants and other Sub-contractors.
•Quantity take-off and purchasing of the material as per the approved drawing also to meet approved submittals specifications.
•Installation and commissioning of Plumbing and drainage piping works of UPVC, Copper, HDPE, MDPE & ESVC pipes.
•Installation and commissioning of Water sprinkler system, Hydrant system, Deluge system & Gas suppression system (FM 200 & NOVEC) and installation of fire pump room.
•Also installation and commissioning of HVAC Ducts, ducting accessories of MFD, MSFD, MVCD, VCD, FD, grills & diffusers, louvers, sound attenuators, insulation with accessories, flexible connectors, channel supports as per standard installation method and approved IFC drawings.
•Storage/Handling of materials with neat and quality manner to avoid Non Compliance report from site QA/QC & Safety Department.
•Preparation of Red mark up and As-built drawings.
•Planning and reviewing of designs for conformance with Fire protection requirements
•Material Approval as per Specification.
•Reviewing and approval of Workshop Drawings.
•Installation, Inspection and Commissioning of Water Sprinkler System, Hydrant System & Fire Suppression System as per design.
•Installation, Inspection, and Commissioning of fire pumps.
•Coordinating with site management activities to Contractors/Builders.
•Planning and reviewing of designs for Plumbing & Drainage Systems
•Material Approval as per Specification.
•Reviewing and approval of Workshop Drawings.
•Site Execution and Inspection of complete Plumbing & Drainage Systems.
•Coordinating with site management activities to Client and Contractors.
