M/S Saudi Ceramics Company is one of the Oldest & leading companies in the Middle East, that Manufactures & marketer of Ceramics Tiles, Sanitary ware, Electric Water Heater & Red Bridges, I was join Saudi Ceramics Company March 2013 as a Maintenance Engineer Electrical, from Feb 2018 working as an “Plant Maintenance Head” in Tiles Plant # 3, Tiles Plant # 5 & Frit Plant.
• Developed, directed and implemented the plant’s total predictive maintenance program (TPM) and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), including daily scheduling and planning of maintenance activities.
• Implement lean six-sigma, kaizen and 5S improve the production and focus to reduce the down time.
• Responsible for promoting a maintenance program that ensured a “safety first” philosophy (SHE).
• Provided leadership and coaching to maintenance staff personnel for daily activities in maintaining the plant.
• Improved profits by improving the On-Stream Factor which enabled the plant to produce an extra 12- ton of Frit/day, without capital investment. The extra acid sale profit is 120, 000.000 SR, per month.
• Implemented Plant Integrity & Reliability (PI&R) and directed cost-cutting efforts that reduced maintenance cost saving. This is accomplished by working with production (improve start up procedure) project (proper installation) and engineering (more corrosive resistance materials).
• Possess excellent troubleshooting and organizational Multi skills.
• Manage the all stocks & inventory level items in technical store as per machineries Critical Process Equipment through using of maintenance software SAP Net weaver.
• Highly skilled in designing, assessing, monitoring and implementing various projects.
• Result oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Experience in Installation, commissioning and maintenance of heavy industrial equipment’s & Power Distribution
• Managed Service & Maintenance of 13.8 KV x 2, 16MVA Substation include: Power Transformer, protection & control, Feeders & low voltage Breaker, ATS panels, capacitor banks, battery chargers & stand by Generators.
• CNC Machines (Sigma Leader 5 & Compact Bam “Heidenhain”) & Reckermann, Harrison Lathe machine’s Troubleshooting & Drives repair and maintenance (Siemens SIMODRIVE 611, Heidenhain UVR 130D).
• Programming of PLC Omron & VFD INVERTER (ABB ACS 800 Drives, Siemens, Omron, Denfosse, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley soft starters) service, repairing, programming & troubleshooting.
• Service and maintenance of air compressors (Ingress Roland and Atlas Copco), water pump station, and water treatment plant and filter press, De-dusting system etc.
• Good understanding of HV and LV systems, Service & Maintenance of VCB & ACB Breakers and Transformers.
