 Liaising and networking with a range of customers, suppliers, and partner organizations.
 Communicating with Patients, Quality staff, MOH administration, and managing customer relationships.
 Contributing to developing, Improvement plans monthly and yearly strategies.
 Submit monthly KPIs reports and ensure data is accurate.
 Observes implement laboratory safety rules and regulations at all times.
 Knowledge of MSDS in the laboratory, Infection Control program, Safety plan, etc.
