• Conduct Internal audits ISO 15189:2012 and record/track quality assessment scores and provide feedback to reduce the errors and improve processes and performance to ensure the quality of the network
• Works with Quality Assurance Manager on the
development of new quality projects
• Monitors performance and supports efforts to develop and implement changes to improve patient safety
• Meet established time frames and rates of performance for the quality Indicators
• Working within Quality leadership, establish a highly effective Internal Audit and Corrective and Prevention Action (CAPA) program
As a Quality Coordinator in the laboratory, my duties were not limited to prepare the yearly lab project, helping in preparing SOPs, Hospital project, statistical data collection, etc.
Monitor laboratory proficiency testing program for the testing as required according to the laboratory policy
Participate in establishing policies and procedures for the section and that the approved procedure manual is available to all personnel responsible for any aspect of the testing process.
Implement quality assurance and training as appropriate to maintain and improve analytical functions.
Provide necessary technical support and analytical assistance as needed.
Assists in laboratory continuous improvement efforts (i.e., process improvement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction).
Administrative and personal support to the Head of lab, HR, and operations department.
Provides training to administrative staff in various areas of administrative support; job aids and performance support tools.
Liaising and networking with a range of customers, suppliers, and partner organizations.
Communicating with Patients, Quality staff, MOH administration, and managing customer relationships.
Contributing to developing, Improvement plans monthly and yearly strategies.
Submit monthly KPIs reports and ensure data is accurate.
Observes implement laboratory safety rules and regulations at all times.
Knowledge of MSDS in the laboratory, Infection Control program, Safety plan, etc.

Bachelor of Science
Diploma in medical laboratory technology from Hyderabad medical training college.
