Business Development Manager / Sales - Oil & Gas Products & Services Division
Business Development / Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

 Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Marine industries.
 Key Accounts Manager for oil & gas marine services and products, able to work independently and handle all customer requirements including sales, business Development, technical support.
 Dealing directly with all ADNOC groups of companies and other Major EPC contractors related to marine services.
 Monitor sales process and develop the market / Business within my account in Integrity Department for Oil & Gas Industry.
 Expanded my division and brought niche products in oil & gas to the Market and Implemented strategies for expanding revenue and expanding the company’s customer penetration in UAE.
 Developed business opportunities with several international manufacturers and started business in UAE.
 Created overall the sales process, set appropriate plan for sales management
 Opened special opportunities/connections to the company with ADNOC Group and generated to orders.
 Preparing the Market and Business Plan for my Division and Propose the KPI to management and directors.
 Strong Network and connections with the major clients in Oil & Gas industry such as ADNOC Group of companies, EPC contractors and others at all levels in Technical and Commercially.
 Determine the market needs and Identify new Products and business opportunities to the company and add it our Portfolio.
 Understand the customers’ requirements and business processes, and look for the solutions which suit their expectation.
 Marketing Presentations of products within my account directly to all ADNOC Group of Companies and all EPC’s.
 Developing Objectives and Strategies.
 Arrange presentations and seminars to a wide range of engineers in the Oil & Gas.
 Responsible for coordination with the client and fulfilling their latest remediation and requirements.
 Preparing Annual budget, Sales Forecast & Marketing Plans
 Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
 Developing relationships with ADNOC group, independent rep groups, and Key Accounts.
 Building relationship with clients and principals.
 Securing sales deals and new projects.
 Developed my Department and added more products to my Portfolio.
 Involved in preparing the initial tender offers, submitting bids / offers and technical and commercial clarifications.
 Manage major projects and tenders in Oil & Gas business by resolving any technical concerns and providing the required training and supervision for Projects. Monitoring oil and gas projects in the region and secure packages.
 Coordinating / liaising with clients to receive official RFQs and tenders.
 Evaluate Oil & Gas tenders and provide quotations and technical specifications as per clients’ requirement.
 Involved in planning the execution of projects including mobilization / demobilization.
 Responsible for coordinating the equipment and manpower throughout the entire duration of the project.
 Attending to workshops, Trainings for any new product which our Principals present.
 Follow up with legal and finance teams to ensure payments are received as per company requirement.
