• Sales Participants Inquiries processing in the System (SAP) • Creating Sales, Productions and material requirement Reports. • Processing Customer Orders in the system (SAP) by Sales Order Confirmation. • Creating Finish good items in the System (SAP) and communicating information to Sales department for creating its costing Bill of material and Quotations. • Creating and maintaining, Bill of material, Machine routing for new or modified items. • Coordinating with shipping department for dispatching function and shipment priorities. • Preparing export documents and coordinating with export agents for the booking of shipping vessels and dispatch of goods. • Receiving Customer Complaints from Sales Participant, documenting and informing Production and Quality department for proper action.
• Coordinating with the Transaction Management Team in Central East Europe and Germany, regarding claims processing
• The Primary responsibility is to process all claims and other related transactions based on various established processes of the channel Replenishment Operation for the Commercial Organization.
• Handling of Rebates and supply chain with the invoice and credit note creation.
• Responsibility for Ensuring the payments made to the customer for the promotional deals/Big deals
• Research and resolution of customer issues ( Payment Terms, Wrong Invoice etc)
• To manage the entire End Supply Chain activity to improve the cycle time payment to customers.
• Quality checks done in SAP, for the business controls and accurate payments
• Achieving Utilization and Efficiency as per the Management requirements
• Daily Monitoring and Balancing of Workload and Ensure the transactions are processed within the agreed time frame (Turn Around Time).
• Working towards meeting personal and targeted sales margin of the products.
• Ensuring products are supplied to the region in a timely manner as per the demand of the product.
• Selling and negotiating with various department stores and groceries and ensure timely delivery of the order.
• Interacting and reporting the market status to the company officials on a regular basis.
• Timely follow up on collections.
