• Create and manage the appointments in consultation with the Head of Football Operations
• Maintain the passport database in collaboration with the Team guides
• Update & maintain football database such as teams, players, staff and tournaments to support coaches, performance scientists, scouts and medical staff in maintaining accurate records and monitoring performance of student-athletes
• Raise purchase requests and submit them to Procurement
• Purchase/Collect requested items+
• Focal point for football iPad applications and football data base management
• Report technical issues to the support team of the vendor through email or by phone if needed, follow up and assist on solving the issue
• Support the Strategy Dept. at the development of the Management iPad app and football database management system
• Coordinating & arranging pre arrival requirements for the external team during training camp.
• Assisting with the budget and cost management to the Head of Football Operations
• Support on all administrative aspects of a project; drafting letters, documents, managing documents, etc.
• Create and maintain project documents, plans and reports.
• Assisting in organizing the local tournaments & tri Series with the European clubs.
• Create and maintain match statistics documents, plans and reports

• Cover financial information provided in various annual and quarterly reports - 10-K, 10-Q, 6-K, 8-K, Press release, ARS, Interim report, Semi - annual reports.
• Comprehend and deliver financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow) and analysis in tune with the global and specific accounting standards adopted (IFRS, GAAP).
• Calculation of Float (Shares available for public) based on insiders control information provided in proxy statement.
• Analyses and prepares commentary on results to all stakeholders.
• Show the effect of stock split.
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements in case of mergers, acquisition and take over.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date fixed asset register of the Company.
• Updating the clients about the dividends declared and paid by the company.
• Cover various business and geographic segmentation of the company.
• Conduct the quality audit for all the Companies covered by the analyst.
• Conducted Training on clear forest project for a batch.
• Provided guidance to the new analyst.
