SAP B1 Version For HANA and SAP B1 (SQL Server) Pre Sales, Project Management, Implementation and Support on different clients & Leads.
Main Tasks:
Conduct Pre sales workshops and enablement sessions with leads for SAP Business One and other required solutions
SAP B1 Version for HANA and SAP B1 (SQL Server) Project management and implementation from Project preparation to Go Live and Post Go Live Support Phase on different clients.
Optimize SAP Business One applications and solutions as per best practices
Design and undertake system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Scenario Testing to integrate business process of client
Manage multiple projects of SAP B1 Implementation
Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process
Controls deployment according to best practices and Business Process of Clients
Reports development or any customization within SAP B1 standard functionality
Training according to clients Business Process and SAP B1's functionality and Configurations
Team Lead for SAP B1 Support at various clients.
Account Management of SAP B1 Support Clients.
SAP Business One service pack and patch level testing for all new releases.
Maintain knowledge base for support purpose.
Provide workarounds to SAP B 1 clients to cater customize requirements.
Review and prepare customer oriented documents for SAP B1.
Provide 3rd level support to SAP B1 clients in Pakistan, UAE, Kabul and KSA.
Conduct SAP B 1 audit to cater loopholes.
Scenario testing in SAP B1 according to client's requirement.
Present latest releases and other solutions particularly customize utilities and propose clients to score a SLA (service level agreement) or SRF (service request form).
Provide SAP B1 training to various clients.
Review issues reported on support to decide way forward i.e if required report to SAP global support.
Re-implement SAP B1 to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
Propose and Upgrade clients for SAP B1 latest family.
Provide post implementation support to various clients.
Develop and test reports/dashboards according to client’s requirement using SQL server and SAP crystal reports.
Develop UDOs to populate data in SAP B1 from third party applications according to client's requirement.
Develop Analytical reports in SAP crystal reports and Lumaira.
Testing new patches of SAP B1 with third party add ons.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and upgrade issues of SAP B1.
SAP B1 Version worked on 8.81, 8.82, 9.00 and 9.1 and 9.2.
SAP B1 Implementation Project:
Implement SAP B1, currently successfully deployed Inventory, Sales - A/R, Purchase - A/P, Business partner- BP and Financials modules.
Implement controls according to core logistical business processes, designing PLDs, Crystal Reports, numbering Series and provide training to users and resolving problems of users.
Customize forms and developing reports using Crystal Reports.
Making queries (Through Query Wizard) required in future for reporting for IT Deptt. for customized reports and deployment.
Make changes in G/L Determination where needed (Especially for customization).
Master Data migration through Data Transfer Work Bench.
Provide alternate routes (By making sure standard of SAP does not disturb) because of customization requirements.
Redeployment of SAP B1, Business process re-engineering, Business Blueprint, Documentation, project milestones and provide training to junior staff with help of implementation partner. I monitor & worked on Sales - A/R, Purchasing - A/P, Banking (Out Going, Incoming Payment, Deposits, check register report & internal reconciliation), Inventory, Financials (Chart of Accounts) & Business partner master data. I also worked on Administration Module (G/L Account determination, System initialization, user creation and authorization).
