• Handling a spectrum of key accounts - Government / Enterprise/ Retail / Real estate/ Universities / Corporate / Consultants / Contractors in Sultanate of Oman
• Strategic consulting, business plan, sales strategy & business development
• Interacting with clients for present and future telecom / IT networking projects
• Map all the key influencers and consultants for this segment.
• Work proactively to ensure NTS solution fit in the technical specifications of tender.
• Preparing RFP, tenders and techno commercial proposals while coordinating with Pre- Sales, project Implementation team and management
• Regular mapping of accounts to know the new requirements of the customer
• Overall responsibility of the entire proposal both from a technical as well as Business /Commercial perspective
• Onsite visits to clients & prospects for understanding requirements and organizing presentations
• Gather competitor information and coordinating with other departments for getting status of Bids /RFP submitted
• Conducting excellent price negotiations with respective customers at the time of closure
• Excellent knowledge of various products in the field of Networking, IP Telephony, Wireless Solution, Passive Infrastructure, Commercial Security.
• Overall responsibility for providing efficient and effective sales and ensuring high quality service delivery to contractual client and newly incorporated client, this comprises 25% of the total volume of the business of the Branch and approx 5% of the Zone
• Have added new accounts like Facebook India, Standard Charted Bank/UNICEF, Confederation Of Indian Industry(CII), Tata Steel, Color Plus(Raymond), Yes Bank, Bajaj Allianz, Vedanta, Jawed Habib Hair and Beauty
• Identify the potential customer, enhance customer base continue to add new business, measure growth
• Promoting and generate revenue for newly launched product line like Time Definite Delivery(TDD), Critical Express, Temp. Control Logistic, Export and Import
• Maintain rates structure at desired yield for segments identified
• Ensuring existing customer retention and incremental business from them by cross selling
• Liaison with Ops & CS team and members for analyzing support structure and mapping so as to achieve customer satisfaction and handle critical Distribution requirement of client
• Understand the market trend, Competitor’s analysis based of that preparing Strategy, Planning & Projection
