Responsible for submitting all request of purchase using the government platform - Tejari for all
Medical assets/items.
Communicate with the Purchasing team for any discrepancies on the received orders.
Receive incoming deliveries of supplies, consumables or equipment and forward all goods in and out
of the Medical Store to the concerned Department or storage area.
Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory
System.
Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to ensure they are within the established minimum and
maximum stock level
Coordinate with the Quality Team for non-compliance reporting.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Assisting head of operations in day to day activities.
Oversee and monitor the work activities of Outsourcing Housekeeping Staff and ensure that the Center
and other facilities are kept clean and tidy within strict compliance and hygiene regulations.
Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly impose by the Center.
Take and address patients’ and department complaints regarding housekeeping services and facility
related services.
Coordinate with Security to provide access for Vendors or scheduled Maintenance work in Center.
Ensures proper waste management procedures and collections.
Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to
demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
Coordinates work activities among departments.
