• Handling Invoices - Purchase, Expense & Sales
• Issuing Customer Invoices based on ZATCA's requirement through E-invoicing system.
• Making stitching reports for completed projects/orders.
• Issuing sample invoices to note annual sample expenses.
• Tracking of pending payments for customers and vendors every week

• Keeping track of all ongoing projects following up regarding their manufacturing and delivery

• Making of Purchase and Service order
• Handling Invoices
• Create and maintain good relationships with Vendors / Suppliers

• Renewing of the Companies ISO Certificates
• Making sure all project Insurances are valid and extended till final Handover to cover all mishaps
• Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Reviewed and finalized new Contracts for Services / Products
• In charge of Recording and keeping Track of Company Assets
• Assisted the Tendering Department by getting Best Deals for products/services and by updating their Vendor Contact List
• Keeping Track of Remaining Inventory from project sites and warehouse to avoid repurchases and wastage of financial resources
• Resolve Issues with Contracts, Supplies, and Vendors
• Worked with the design department and project execution department to finalize product specifications
• Coordinating with Site Purchasers to make sure products are of proper pricing, best quality and delivered right on time so that site activities do not face any difficulties
