Leading the electrical and instrumentation Engineering team for quality inspection, preparation of inspection request for the delivered materials and installation and conducting the inspection of the same.
•Preparation, implementation, revision and monitoring Project Quality Plans and Quality System Plans (QCP/ITP) and ensuring approval Implementation and Quality Control Procedures, latest approved construction drawings and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) on site activities.
•Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non-Conformance Report (NCR), reviewed by his line supervisors and Construction supervisor / Construction manager as applicable, all NCRs shall be coordinated with the PMT senior quality assurance engineer.
•Responsible for the preparation of ITP’S for electrical activities and preparation of checklist for the same, attending management review meetings on weekly basis for resolving non-conformity arising at sites, submitting weekly schedule to the manager for review.
•Liaise with contract manager, client, third party and site manager for finalizing the daily and weekly schedule plan and carry out all the activities as per purchase order requirements and planed schedule in accordance with contract specifications and QA/QC procedures.
•Ensure that contractor work follows Saudi Aramco engineering requirements, standards and procedure, drawings including e-review of design drawing at early stage of projects, project specifications, project quality plan, schedule “Q”, etc.
•Coordinate electrical works with other engineering disciplines for the attainment of quality works and objectives and to discuss and formulate solutions to site problems.
•Review the project quality plans, shop drawings, project standards, and specification to ensure that the construction is in accordance with project requirements.
