Main duties includes,
Plan and visit retail stores in daily bases and ensure the sales fundamentals. Make sure the availability, visibility, quality and display of products are perfect. Apply POS materials, carrying out merchandising, display and price tagging. Maintain planogram and FIFO system for every brand and store. Assist to achieve sales targets by using suggestive selling techniques. Maintain collection and payments of cash and cheques. Adhering to all company marketing policies and procedures. Taking care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures. Expand shelf share by utilizing customer relationship and market share. Responding to any customer requests for information and queries. Communicating with customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Keep long-term relationships with customers and promote customer loyalty. Prepare relevant documents, reports, update customer database and records. Participating in physical inventory counts.
Main duties includes,
Welcoming clients and handling complaints, queries and phone calls. Demonstration of various schemes, offers, plans and benefits to customers. Manage receiving, checking, inspection and labeling of incoming goods. Ensure the level and movement of stock from receiving to dispatch to customers. Supervising subordinates and give training and product knowledge to them. Arranging and coordinating logistics of materials supplies and deliveries. Handling daily and routine works, mailing, preparation of reports and registers. Co-ordination of monthly stock taking process accurately within the time limit. Keeping the store cleaned and organized with safe working environment. Overall responsibility of store including cash, stock, equipments and staff.
Main duties includes,
Replenishing stocks on shelves and implementing POS materials in display area. Monitor stock requirements and out of stocks; and report to Section Manager. Arrange relevant spaces for stocks and control wastage and damage. Identify trends in customer complaints and highlight to the management. Keeping the store cleaned, organized and maintain good working environment. Maintain daily and routine file and record works properly. Involve in store inventory process to complete it timely. Co-ordinate staff and other merchandisers in the section.
