Preparation, submission and updating of the project programme of works in coordination with main contractor’s project programme.
To advice on any impact on services caused by Architectural changes and raise Query to MEP Manager & Consultant.
Review material/equipments technical submittals from MEP contractor for specification compliance.
Produce equipments & builder- work scope Schedule for all MEP equipments detailing construction and maintenance requirement for equipments
To liaise with MEP Manager on matter seeking advise/requiring assistance.
Preparation, submission, follow-up and updating of:
Project short term programmes (weekly, monthly)
Based on site progress, reporting to Project Director regarding activities on critical path.
Preparation of recovery programmes in association with Construction-in-charges and Senior Engineers.
Follow-up subcontractors’ programme.
Initiation / responding to all planning/time related correspondence to Engineers/subcontractors.
Preparation and issue of necessary reports (weekly, monthly) to Head Office and/or Client.
Attend site coordination meetings with the Engineer/Subcontractors
