● Responsible for day to day business operations analysis.

● Working closely with COO in business operations and recruitment of top management positions
● Identifying the best talent for the requirements
● Analyzing the performance reports of Operations, Sales, Supply chain, Procurement & Engineering Projects.
● Working on analysis of business P&L of international countries
● Communicating with international country directors for required business strategies and reports.
● Managing the SLA’s of the department delivery
● Identifying the areas of development
● Preparing the high level reports for management presentations.
● Performance evaluation of goals of the department reporting to COO.
● Making strategies and Providing the simulations for development
● Managing various projects of Recruitment (Contracts, Permanent, Outsource).
● Managing the recruitment team for delivery of efficient talent to the clients
● Headhunting top management positions
● New leads generation & managing accounts
● Communicating with clients to understand their requirements
● Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
● Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
● Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
● Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
● Planning for Recruitment projects
● Sourcing the efficient talent profiles as per the requirements of the departments
● Partner with departments to get a clear view on their hiring needs.
● Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
● Working on the critical positions Managers to C- Level.
● Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements..
● Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
● Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Bayt.Com, Gulf Talent, Universities Websites).
● Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and compatibility.
● Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
● Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
● Discussing the profiles with hiring manager and summarizing the candidates profiles for better understanding of the talent.
& Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
•Managing the entire recruitment cycle for requirements for Internal & External requirements.

•Handle the hiring requirements from sourcing applicants, interview/evaluate candidates and provide hiring support to managers
•Job posting on job sites and social network for finding the appropriate candidates. (Linkedin.com, Naukrigulf, Monstergulf, Expatraites.com, Facebook. Etc)
•Create job postings, oversee postings and resume tracking, provide second line screening of candidates based on job requirements, conduct initial screening interviews, manage relations with recruitment agencies, maintain a data bank of relevant profiles for urgent positions
•Coordinating with overseas agencies and evaluating the best agencies for sourcing the candidates from respective countries.
•Conducting initial interviews and evaluating the candidates.
•Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
•Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
•Regular client interaction for better understanding their requirements.
•Providing the client efficient services for their process.
