Reporting to: Property Manager Team Size: 20+ contractor & supplier Role: End to end facility management for 20 floors QIC tower+20 floors ARE tower, QFCA commercial & residential properties. Ensured QFCA properties are functioning 24x7 with requisite quality, time and budget to provide vital operational environment to clients like Goldman Sachs, Lehmann, Morgan Stanley, AJIB, RBS, ABN, Barclays, KFC, QIC, QFCRA etc. Managed contracts & service levels by establishing civil defense, municipal and govt. approval, and regulations. Engaged in fit out & project, budget preparation & implementation and tenancy policies & procedures.

Facilities Manager
Reporting to: Operations Director Team Size: 5+ contractors & supplier Role: Hired for client role to ensure smooth handover of commercial properties to tenants and owners while overseeing a 20-member team. Primarily responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the commercial & residential facilities that included Central Bombay Info Tec Park, (Mumbai) Ground+ 2 Commercial Building occupied by MNC's, Insurance Company, Bank, Cotton Mill, Call Center and Colleges, Belvedere Court, 40-storey residential building (2nd highest in Mumbai).
• Managed vendors and service providers supporting the operation of the facility, documentation and record keeping, implement and maintain a preventative/routine maintenance plan to preserve and protect the states assets.
• Planned budgets, schedules, facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labour, materials and other related costs.
• Continuously provided recommendations and process improvements. Accountable for modification work, project activities, new site administration, technical evaluation, load management & due diligence reporting of prospective sites.
