• Commissioning & functional Test of Electrical Equipment’s
Key Responsibilities:
(ATS, HVAC, UPS, Solar Power System, Solar Lighting Poles, Switch Rack, Motor Solo Run, Transformer, Area Lighting, Automatic lighting control, Heat Tracing, EOT Cranes, CP, Lighting Panels and Transformer, EF, PUV)
• Sewage treatment plant Commissioning.
• Prepare Site acceptance TEST Procedure.
• Prepare Project Record Book.
• Preventative maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Attend Weekly Construction-Commissioning Co-ordination Meeting.
• Issuing Commissioning Comments & Follow-up for Rectification.
• Coordinate with Client Technical Queries.
Project: Jizan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (4000MW)

• SS129 Substation 380 KV
• SS429 Substation 230 KV
• SS110 Substation 13.8KV
Key Responsibilities
• Testing and Commissioning of Power Transformers and Dry type LV Transformers. Supervise and conclude test for transformer such as Tan-Delta test, IR Test (Primary + Secondary), PI Test.
• Medium Voltage- verifies cable type and voltage rating, Meggering, and continuity test on cable drums. Cables to be laid and inspected according to the specification. Megger and continuity to be done again after laying of cables. Dressing and Splicing of cables, HI-POT test for the MV cables, splice the cable with correct Termination Kit
• Commissioning and functional verification of DC Battery systems including battery discharge testing.(BENNING, STATRON)
• Development of punch list procedures and exception items for handover
• Provide ‘As Built’ red line drawings and documentation for any change of modifications.
• Coordinate with Design Team to upgrade and resolve all the issues related to the designs.
• Coordinate with Client (SAUDI ARAMCO, SEC) and Vendor for project-related issues and attending meetings with their representatives during the project execution stage.
• Receiving incoming inspection of the instrument from the warehouse as per purchase order.
• Coordination with the vendor for installation, modification commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring that work is being carried out as per specification and approved drawings.
• Arrange an inspection of construction activities with the client
• Coordination with the client Engineering Department to resolve the engineering issues.
• Prepare punch list and signing of all punch list items wherever required.
• Material Receiving.
• CRM, Breaker testing Trip test( MCB, MCCB)
• SA Approved WPR
• Supervising construction activities at Site and review the progress.
• interface with the Client Design Engineers for schematics approvals
• Supervising the installation of Electrical equipment’s and implementation of respective schemes, functional verification etc.
• Inspection of LV Control Cables, Cable pulling, Dressing, Glandding, Meggering, Termination, Cable Routing, Raising RFIs.
• Installation and Inspection of Junction boxes & Distribution Boxes.
• Coordinating with testing and commissioning team & Coordinating with the consultant for inspecting the site.
• Making plans and strategies for work.
• Periodic inspection of installed equipment.
• Supervise and Monitor Installation of electrical equipment.
• Testing of Pit resistance, network resistance, and joint resistance.
• Inspection of ongoing works for Electrical and instrument equipment’s installed and systems Installed for topsides operation, material checks.
• Inspection (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Depend on the System) of all Electrical Systems.
• Inspect and list of all the Electrical Equipment installed.

• Issuing, follow up and closing of INCR.
• Ladder racks its supports installation and Small power and all the drive systems.
• Inspection of Certified equipment on the platform on all systems i.e. Switch Gears, Junction Boxes, Panels, HVAC System, Fire and Gas Instruments.
• Provide technical support to procurement, sub-contracting and construction activities included in the scope of work.
• Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system.
• Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection.
• Periodic inspection of installed tubing, hosing, cabling, termination.
• In-charge of Electrical Inspections and supervision for the Installations of lights, Power and grounding systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of detailed electrical load list from P&ID.
• Developing Hook-up drawings.
• Generating Instrument List from P&ID.
• Generating IO list from P&ID.
• Listing of electrical equipment as per scope of supply (Aramco, SEC, etc.).
• Preparation of Instrument specification sheet using Intools.
• Preparing electrical, control & instrument cable list.
Key Responsibilities
• Proficiently experience to install the Circuit Breakers, Protection Relays, and Timers.
• Bus bar schemes, Power looms, 3 Phase Induction Motors.
• Installation of wiring, conduit, and switchgear.
• Installation of Electrical Panels, Protection Systems.
• Maintaining & troubleshooting of all Electrical Equipment’s including Power Generators and other Electrical Switchgear.
• Procurement and replacement of obsolete electrical equipment.
• Performed HMI Configuration & provide hardware support for CNC (Computerized Numerical Cutter) and other electrical machinery
• Prepare Safety Management Programs for Mill Workers.

• All material after inspection stored or preserved according to Client.
• Specification and desired requirement of the material to keep in view its Installation time period’s elongations.
• Maintain the daily progress report following the execution of work on daily activities.
• Review plan and drawings in accordance with specifications, codes & standards.
• Inward material inspection, verification of material specification.
• Inspecting & raising RFIs for the work which is completed.
• Involved in cable laying/pulling as per drawings.
