Providing Linux System Administration Support and troubleshooting duties in Production.
Providing initial response, investigating the issue and providing a resolution within the time frame set in the SLA.
Managing More than 1000+ servers in LIVE.
Configuration of volume groups and logical volumes, extended logical volumes for file system growth needs using Logical Volume Manager (LVM) commands.
Shell script support to infrastructure side
Backup management using DATA PROTECTOR EXPRESS 3.50 SP4.
Manage OS upgradations.
Monitoring the servers using NAGIOS
Perform database administration POSTGRESQL including general maintenance, performance tuning, availability, backup & recovery
