Graduate in History and Diploma holder in AirlineTicketing and Tourism management, Working with
Alhind tours and travels, one of the leading travel agency as a Counter Supervisor and acquired nine years
experience in various aspects of ticketing & marketing of air fares from 2004 jun to until present time.Also
worked with Binghaith Travel Agency Olayya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (09aug2009-30aug11). A self updating
person with a fine tuned attitude and confidence.
Sales and distribution of airline fares.
 Handling of counter issuance of tickets and e-tickets, reissue, refund process
 Coordinating with the Airline confirmation and waitlist reservation
 Good working knowledge in Galileo, Amadeus, Abacus
 Providing quality services via Telephone.
 Preparing sales performance report.
 Development of existing business avenue.
