To carry out site inspections related to installation, testing & commissioning works of fire fighting as per latest approved drawings, and relevant approved documents.
Managing the Document control system for the formal project submittal.
Witness for the testing and commissioning and responsible for the submission of documents such as (RIW, RMT, RCCI, RCIA, RCIB and RCIC) for the items of the project.
Ensuring all work performed is done as per project quality standards and contract specification.
Installation of Fire suppression systems of FM200, NOVEC 1230, IG 55, WDS, FOAM etc... According to the NFPA Standards.
Maintenance of Fire Fighting System(FM200, NOVEC, IG55, WDS, FOAM SYSTEM & SPRINKLER System)
Preparation of Project Documents ( Material submittals, Material inspection report, Inspection and test plan, Method statements)
To close Non Conformance Report and Site Instructions (SI) with appropriate corrective actions.
Make Joint inspections with consultant “DAR”.
Coordination with site engineers and zone managers to improve work quality
Testing/Commissioning of Fire and Life safety system including, FM-200/IG-55 System, Foam system (AFFF) Wet Pipe System (Sprinkler and Stand Pipe), and Deluge system.
Perform Pneumatic & Room integrity Test
Make Testing (FOAM Solution & Functional test)
Programming SHP, Cheetah Control Panel & VESDA Detector.
Check and verify all the materials used on site as per approved material inspection report (MIR) and specification.
Review materials and equipment to ensure that it is in accordance with the specification. Coordinate with the engineering manager/design staff and obtain their comments prior to action.
Completed the Bachelor of Technology Engineering on 2009..
