I am an Electrical engineer with 10 years of experience in construction(Site & Design).
I have good command over executions of Lv and Elv systems including Testing & commissioning.
1.Taking Material take offs, arranging for Material submittals and preparing PRS for the material.
2.Reviewing IFC's and co ordinating with design team for the prepartion of Shop drawings, red lines, as builts with respect to site co ordinations.
3.Attending Weekly progress meeting and safety meetings.
4.Responding to NCR's and Inspections comments by the Consultants.
5.Attending Site walks with the Client, Consultant and main contractors.
6.Execution of works for LV and ELV systems such as Switch gear, transformers installations, Lighting system, small power system, Fire alarm system, Access control system, Building management system, Inergen system.
6.Co ordination of MEP services to incorporate the services in a appropriate manner.
7.Preparation of Inspection documents, method statements, testing commisssioning documentation and snag works.
•Overseeing the installation of the complete Electrical system which includes the Medium voltage, Low voltage systems, Elv systems (special systems) such as FAS, PAS, BMS, ICT, ACS, CPMS(car park management systems), radiant heat treatment system.
•Supervision and co-ordination of all the MEP service installations with respect to Civil/Client targets.
•Experienced in Mechanical plant rooms such as Fire pump, Chilled water pump, Heat exchangers, AHU, Domestic water, non-potable water, storm water, solar tanks, Chemical feed pump and Foul pump rooms, Sand/Grease interceptors etc.
Executing projects as per the contractual agreements.
Managing teams and assigning works for particular jobs on site.
Co-ordinating with services & contractors on Site.
Taking care of all the Electrical works under my supervision.
Preparing documentation for inspections, RFI's, progress reports etc.
Also, experienced in tendering and cost estimation for projects and handling all document works like material submittals and civil defence approvals.
• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and electronic Engineering (EEE) in the year 2010 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
• Intermediate (12th Standard) in the year 2006 from Board of Intermediate (A.P), Hyderabad. • SSC (10th Standard) from Board of Secondary (A, P), Hyderabad. Academic Achievement Project: Course: Completed a training course in Electrical Industrial safety and maintenance from an Advance training institute[ATI], Hyderabad.
