Handling the cash box, taking customer orders and reporting to the kitchen for the preparation. Operating through POS. Making sure that the store is up to the health care standards. Receiving calls from customers and suppliers.
Handling Passport Renewals and passport operations for the Embassy of Bangladesh. Reviewing the extensions on passports and approvals of necessary documents of the customers. Responding to queries. Cash Handling. End of day sales report and maintaining the passport delivery process in a managed and disciplined manner.
Receiving products from corresponding warehouses. Confirming with the logistics coordinator for further process. Dispatching the items to the delivery drivers.
Handling the store, receiving supplies from company delivery. Overseeing the kitchen and staff. Cash box handling, taking orders from Customers. Reporting to Operations managers about weekly activities and requirements for the store.
Attending to calls and solving customer complaints. Staying in contact with delivery drivers incase of any issues. Reviewing the delivery time and if customers want to make some changes to certain matters, to provide solution.
